Shipping costs are determined by weight and controlled through third party shipping services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Before shipping, we always do our best to pack our products as part of our service to you because many are quite delicate. If your order becomes damaged via mail, please contact us at and we will do our best to replace it depending on the circumstances.
Because many of our products are lasered to order please allow at least two weeks for production before shipping. We will always do our best to make sure that these custom orders get to you within the agreed time frame. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit via USPS or any other third party mailing service. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping after we have shipped out your item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because all of our work is custom made, we typically will not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we know that mistakes and damages can happen while products are in-transit. Should any product arrive to you damaged while in transit, depending on our current order volume and your order’s complexity, we will do our best to replace it. These returns and exchanges due to in-transit damage will be possible based on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion.
